[Chicago] Google Colaboratory Jupyter notebooks

I don’t understand why they can’t just use existing open source ui /
integration and build their own jenky clones of everything.

That was the reason cloud datalab sucks. It would be very refreshing for
google to just embrace the awesome project the contributors of jupyter have
created.
