which one.  ci-announce is fed to five different regional lists, and we
actually don't manage all of them.  You're not listed on any that i

Do you happen to recall which list you subscribed to?  That would make 
this all much easier.

Failling that - 

At the bottom of every email message distributed through the list there's
information about the list subscription (including clues about managing
your subscription).  If you would take a look at that, you should be able
to at least provide me with leads on which of the regional list's traffic
is getting to you.  If needs be, please forward one of the offending
messages to me, and i'll try to unravel it.  You actually should get a few
copies of this message, since i'm cc'ing you directly as well as the
ci-announce list.  I'd appreciate it if you would forward to me all copies
of this message that you receive.

(Ideally, you would forward copies with _all_ of the email headers
included, because sometimes people wind up subscribed though further,
intermediate list managers.  The full email headers will indicate the 
exact path the message traversed to get to you - that can help identify 
the intermediate lists.  Since i don't know what email client you're 
using, i can't tell you how to include all headers.)
