*9/12-13 will be a FANTASTIC DANCE WEEKEND in Asheville, NC - ecstatic
dances (one indoors and one OUTDOORS!), a contact improv open music jam,
and an all-day workshop with the brilliant and gifted ALICIA GRAYSON -
WOW!!!*

*If you are nice, we may be able to find you housing for the whole dang
weekend.*

*Friday 7-9p: Ecstatic Dance* by the Asheville Movement Collective. $7.

*Saturday 10a-1p: Outdoor Ecstatic Dance Wave* under a GORGEOUS PAVILION!
Mix by Michael Hurd and live DJ Robert Kochka. $10. This space is fantastic
- 2500sf hardwood floor under a circular pavilion, with stone columns and
trees all around. Probably will be 130+ awesome people there enjoying it
with you and there's still plenty of space.

*Saturday: Contact Improv - Music Jam: 4-6pm*. $5. Open music jam. Bring
instruments - dance and play and dance. Musicians - come dance. Dancers -
come make music! It's an interplay of sound and movement, each inspiring
and listening to the other!
French Broad Food Coop: 90 Biltmore Ave: upstairs.

*Sunday 10:30-5:30 Solo Dance in the CI Duet. CI workshop with ALICIA
GRAYSON.*
Explore ways to cultivate our solo while dancing in contact so that our
dances are creative and deeply satisfying.
No partial registration - come for the whole thing! Limited to 35 so HUSTLE
UP!
Sliding Scale - pay what you feel is appropriate, no one turned away.

that afternoon with music and CI, and then dive deep into brilliant contact
