Our festival is nested in the middle of *Contact Camp*, a time and place to arrive, relax, enjoy, dance and share quality time together in a warm, sunny climate. You can join anytime during *Contact Camp* before the festival or stay a while after. Our community grows every day, getting to know each other gradually, in open dancing days before our festival begins.

Building our foundation in community, we move together into our Festival journey, meeting the place through our bodies. The volcano island of Fuerteventura hosts our experience in its clarity, spaciousness and simplicity. In our Contact Improvisation practice we study the force of gravity in touch with the elements and surfaces (sand dunes, desert, volcanos, beaches, lagoons), each re-informing the body nourishing our living dance.

When dancing inside the studio, we can harvest and integrate essential principles from our experience in nature, learning from nature. In continuity and support, the indoor workshops will take us into precision, technique and knowledge, contributing balance and inspiration to our somatic journey.

Dancing, both outdoors and indoors, creates the path we learn from in our communion with nature. A festival journey we share and live as a group and as individuals, filled by movement and its revelations. Alive and illuminated with the joy of our own interest and curiosities, held and free in the depth of a magical place.
