[CI-Announce] Shutting down the ci-announce at python.org mailing list?

Hi, ci-announce at python.org subscribers. It's appearing that this mailing
list may have outlived its usefulness. It was fairly low-traffic even
before the COVID quarantine, and various Facebook groups and the CI global
calendar <https://ciglobalcalendar.net/> seem sufficient for most purposes,
and even people who don't use Facebook aren't likely to find this list.
I'm going to wait a week before taking final action on this, and am happy
to consider not doing so if anyone sees a reason to keep the list around.
Please let me know soon, though, if you want to suggest continuing to
maintain it.
(I am inclined to think that Google Groups would be a better platform if
such a list is needed. I like Mailman, the platform on which
ci-announce at python.org is currently hosted, and have some investment in it
being one of the Mailman authors, but think that Google Groups is better
suited to community list administration.)
Ken
