[Conferences-discuss] choice of venu

A serious problem as I see it is that the intended size of the
conference has a great influence on the choice of venue, which in
turn has a significant influence over the possible size.

In other words:  I can think of some *real* nice places that
would hold 50 people but not 300, and I can think of some interesting
places that would accommodate 300 people but not 1,000.
