No.  YAS doesn't need money up front.

One item left TODO on my plate was to setup the poll to gather feedback
from a broard set of conference attendees.  I was hoping that someone w/
more web experience would pipe up to do the actual polling software, but
that hasn't happened.

I'll pick up that item and start coding/designing the form.  Give me a
few days...
