[Conferences] Python conference attendee statistics

Hi,

I am currently working on a PSF project to create marketing material
> for Python with the aim of providing this to Python conferences and

This is Python Ireland's first PyCon Ireland this year and we are limiting
the numbers to 100 (currently around 80 delegates).
