[Conferences] PyCon Mexico

Hi everybody, currently i work as CTO of the 2nd largest hosting company 
in Mexico and i am promoting the organization for a good Python 
Conference cycle with the support of my company and the Python community 
around Mexico, i noticed the only Latam editions are in Argentina and 
Brazil, and i would like to include a Mexican edition for PyCon, is it 
possible?

I would like to know what are the requirements or the suggestions to 
deploy PyCon in Mexico.

I would appreciate any comments.
