[Conferences] Pycon at Istanbul

Hello Cemal,
        Mengu Kagan (https://twitter.com/mengukagan) is someone I know
on twitter who is a Pythonista. I had a chat with him on twitter once
about doing a conference in Turkey but his concern was lack of an
audience. Your interest suggests that this might not be the case.

        As for first steps, I'd start by gathering a small bunch of
people who are interested and then start discussing how to go about
things. Most of the issues will be local (getting a venue etc.). Things
will become more concrete then and mailing this list will help. 

        I think the PSF can allow you to use tr.pycon.org and help with
hosting a mailing list (others on this list can confirm).
