[Conferences] Any Suggestions for Creating A PyCon Web Application?

Hello.

I'm working to held PyCon Korea.

IMHO, you can fork from pycon.us page. https://github.com/pycon/pycon
I did the same questions like you.
It took much resource to design, create, manage web application.

But you can fork from the pycon source, install, change logo and other
documents.
it's already included.
