[Conferences] Conference website software?

My initial thoughts on this:
I want to see the data model.

I think the best use of time, both on the side of creating something, and
the reader, will be seeing what is being stored.

If someone has 5-10 min, just track down the URL that points to the
existing data model/schema/classes/whatever file.

If they have a little more time, document the tables - names and a
description of why they exist.

Add to that: data dictionary of what all the fields are used for.

For extra credit, a visualization showing the important tables and
relations.

I would prefer that over a demo. Trying to figure out how to use a demo is
going to be frustrating. I have tried at least 4 times to figure out how
to use a dev version of symposion and still can't propose a talk, accept it
and schedule it. And yet it seems to be the most viable choice.
