[Conferences] Conference website software?

Hi all!

I found out about more conference software while talking to PyTexas
organizers about videos.

Their site is made up of two modules, the PyTexas site and a reusable
conference module.

So fare they've been the only consumer of the module, thus don't have docs
but if other people would like to reuse it the author would be willing to
put it up on pypi and add some docs.

The spiffiest thing about their system is that they made me an API for
pyvideo. squeeee!
