I'm not sure the PSF grants financial support for individuals, thus it might be necessary that your group is registered as a registered association in Mexico. The 10th edition of the conference will happen in Hotel Ossa Congress & SPA (1 hour from Warsaw and its international airport, bus transfers available) on 17-20th of August. Along with PyCon PL there is also PyData subevent this year (check pydata.pl for more information). Soon we will announce our first keynote speakers.
