[Conferences] PyCon PL 2018 call for proposals

Hi,

I would highly encourage all of you to consider submitting your proposals
for PyCon PL 2018 that happens on 23-26th of August in beautiful Ossa (just
one hour of drive from Warsaw Chopin International Airport) in Poland.

The event has a great atmosphere as almost all of the attendees stay in the
same hotel which is also the conference venue, so discussions and
socializing last till late night hours and you certainly won't feel alone.
Every year we also have a programming contest with valuable prizes and
usually around 5 keynotes during the conference.
