Hello All,

Conference will take place on November 2-3 in St.Petersburg. It is not only
cultural, but also IT capital of Russia. Participation in the conference is
good opportunity to combine business with pleasure.

Main language of the conference is English (badge, booklets, presentations
etc.). Both tracks of talks during two days will be in English (the first
one is in English with simultaneous translation into Russian, the second
one is in Russian with simultaneous translation into English).

FYI, this seems a bit fishy. I see no record of the PSF sponsoring a
previous "HackData" conference, but they list Python as a past sponsor.
Also, they're using an unofficial, unapproved version of the Python logo
(that same logo was actually denied approval by the Trademarks Committee
for other groups).
