[core-workflow] Questions about the proposed workflows

I don't think GitHub took any VC money until just recently and they only took VC money after they had been successful, ubiquitous, and profitable. The money was taken to be able to build an enterprise sales team / pipeline for GitHub:FI (Github's self hosted option).
