I am +1 to this rewrite. For the consistency it brings, I see more
value in doing vs not doing it.

I am not not too much worried about the false positives (the typing
github references are only false positives that I can think so far).

Everyone, please let us know your opinion and I will get a test run
today again before the final one tomorrow.
