No, but as I understand it, Scons is focused on getting the build
infrastructure right -- only updating the minimal set of files, etc.
Boost.Build is focused on interpreting high-level build specifications for
multi-target/platform/compiler builds; in particular, a project that builds
on platform A should build on platform B.
