That you could do with the old Boost.Python (V1 = version 1 or generation 1).
We are using Linux gcc, SunOS gcc, Tru64 cxx, Win32 Codewarrior, VC++6,
VC++7, MIPSpro C++ (SGI). However, I failed with Mac OS X c++ because of a
template instantiation problem mentioned before (I believe it is a linker or
compiler bug).

I was hoping that you would bring the proof that V2 works under Mac OS X :-)
At the moment I only know that it should work in principle (a minimal test
modelling the Boost.Python V2 architecture works).
