[C++-sig] missing enum_base.hpp in cvs

Dear Dave,

Just updated my boost cvs and tried to compile bpl v2.
Now I get a compile error on MSVS .Net :

src\object\enum.cpp(7) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 
'boost/python/object/enum_base.hpp': No such file or directory

forgot to add ?
