[C++-sig] Boost.Python v2: Stabilization, iterators

OK, the CVS state has mostly settled down. There's currently a problem with
iterator support caused by a recent change to Boost.Bind. To work around it
for the time being, you could check out version 1.20 of boost/bind.hpp.
