[C++-sig] More weird pyste behaviour

I'll ensure this is still the case with CVS pyste when boost-
consulting gets updated tomorrow, but since I added the Import() 
directives pyste is outputting in some cases 42 repeats of identical 
wrappings into the same cpp file.

Of course, it could be my modifications, so I'll check with CVS pyste 
tomorrow.

If BTW I work around this by invoking pyste on each pyste file 
individually, then the int's in UniqueInt<> in each unnamed enum all 
start from zero. Doesn't that cause conflicts?
