[C++-sig] Pyste code generation.

  Hi Nicodemus. Today Pyste does not generate private virtual functions, right?
( in wrapper class of class that has private pure virtual )
May be it should be changed? Why ? I write wrapper for library that uses template
method pattern, where customization of method done by virtual private functions.
