Ahh.  I've been away playing with Boost.Python and not reading any lists, so I
just saw this.

I've already solved the problem by using Visual Studio 6 and leaving bjam out
of it.  Because I don't need to be cross-platform, this solution will do me
just fine going forward.

On the other hand, if you need someone to test this patch, then just say and
I'll give it a go.
