Sorry for the spam.

I have tried adding the preprocessor directive 
DBOOST_DEBUG_PYTHON
and substituting the #include <python.h> with the
#include <boost/python/detail/wrap_python.hpp>

as is written in the documentation in 
http://www.boost.org/libs/python/doc/building.html, but it does 
not work yet, same ACCES VIOLATION.

Anyway, I think this last way of doing things is not necessary for 
me, as I have the Python 2.3 source and have compiled it so the 
PCBuild directory has the python23_d.lib and python23_d.dll
