I'll try to check this into the main version and the 1.31 release candidate.
David, please intervene if you don't like the idea.

It sounds like the PCH support is not yet fully mature. I think I'll wait a
little while before trying it on my project. If you get a chance, could you
please send the bug report numbers to this list? I'd like to be on the cc list
(and maybe some other Boost.Python users, too).
