[C++-sig] update to Re: bjam rules for building embedded applications

	Dave (and other interested parties),
On May 4, I posted some diffs to the docs and Jamfile regarding
Boost.Python, specifically Jamfile entries to build extensions and
embedded apps, but haven't heard anything back.  I've come up with a few
possible scenarios:
1. You're really busy
2. You somehow missed my post
3. My changes were awful, and you were trying to save me the
embarrassment of pointing that out, which I've now ruined
