I think I saw a BOOST_PYTHON_STATIC_MODULE in your other posting. I guess
that's the culprit. Run bjam with -d2 to build, e.g., getting_started_1 and
copy all compiler switches and defines from the output. Your module will
definitely work if you get the commands right.
