[C++-sig] Microsoft Visual C++ Toolkit 2003 (command line) boost.python

Can someone help me to compile boost.python with this freely
downloadable Microsoft compiler,
http://msdn.microsoft.com/visualc/vctoolkit2003/? I have not yet been
able to get boost to find this compiler that installs itself in
c:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual C++ Toolkit 2003\bin
