[C++-sig] Administrativa: List renamed from c++-sig at python.org to cplusplus-sig at python.org

Hi!

This list has been renamed from c++-sig at python.org -> cplusplus-sig at python.org

Why?

+ is the address delimiter mailman uses in it's automatic bounce
detection. Having a "+" in the mailing list's name breaks all this.

We had quite a number of undeliverable mails (both in and outgoing)
because of this.
