[C++-sig] Boost.Python Constructor Issue

Forgive me if this isn't the proper forum for this, but I'm having the
following issue:

System info (Boost is a tad outdated at the moment):

Boost.Jam  Version 3.1.16. OS=LINUX.
BOOST_VERSION 103700
Python 2.6.1
