pyOpenSSL is understaffed for serious cross-platform support.  I am
basically maintaining it such that Twisted's use of it keeps working. 
So this makes pyOpenSSL's supported platform list the same as Twisted's
supported platform list.  This can be found along the left-hand side of
http://buildbot.twistedmatrix.com/boxes-supported?branch=trunk&num_builds=10
<http://buildbot.twistedmatrix.com/boxes-supported?branch=trunk&num_builds=10>
(sorry, the page seems to be taking ages to load these days).  The short
list is something like "some Linuxes, some OS Xes, some Windowses, some
FreeBSDs".
