[Cryptography-dev] need to upgrade from cryptography-2.1.4-cp35-cp35m-manylinux1_x86_64.whl

Hi Crypto Team,

We are currently using cryptography-2.1.4-cp35-cp35m-manylinux1_x86_64.whl and
I need to upgrade to openssl version 1.1.1.

I am not familiar with what cp35-cp35m and manylinux1 mean in the file
name, so I am not sure what the matching version is on
https://pypi.org/project/cryptography/#files

Can you give me any pointers on this?
