I have the data, but haven't tried starting an instance. Exactly where
we want to do is still TBD (but just yesterday I finally got
permissions to manage http://cython.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ )

I've been leaning towards migrating to github issues--been meaning to
start a thread on that.
