[Cython] Failing test reimport_from_subinterpreter

Maybe print "sys.path" and "sys.meta_path" in a couple of places? Before
and while running the test suite? There are pyximport tests, for example,
and "pyxim..." < "reimp...". It does sound like something in the import
system is leaking from previous tests.
