[PYTHON DB-SIG] Postgres interface

Hi there,

I remember reading about an API compliant Postgres95 interface for Python, I
think it was mentioned in the API Documentation.

However, I have not been able to find it anywhere around.

Is it available, usable, still being worked upon, or should I have a try at
it myself ???
