[PYTHON DB-SIG] oracledb install

Hi Everybody:

I tried to install oracledb for many times but failed with error message as:

make: Fatal error: Don't know how to make target 'oradbmodule.o'

Indeed, I cannot find this oradbmodule.o and dbi.o. 
I can find oracledb.c, dbi.h and dbi.c. I wonder if I need to install something
before I release this oracledb-0.1.2.tar?
