	Indeed.  So that means the SIG still has at least 2 areas
where work could be done.

	1) Tidy up and clarify the text of the DB-API specification,
clarifying how transactions work, and perhaps adding a simple example
here and there.  This would mostly be an editing job.

	2) Producing more API-compliant database modules, and a
testing script to verify a module's conformance with the spec, and
perhaps its speed.
