   OK, I lied. It seems there's other tables that oracledb doesn't do the Right 
Thing when fetchall() is called. I actually got around to implementing the 
tables for the production system I'm working on - as opposed to the test tables 
I was using this morning. Guess what? No fetchall(). Grrr. The Perl camp here 
will be seriously starting to push for translation of the system over to 
Perl/DBI soon. That would be sad.
