[DB-SIG] oracledb module 0.2pre1 LONGs?

   Does anyone have LONG fetching working with 0.2pre1?

   Basically, the current oracledb 0.2pre1 can't figure the size of the long to 
fetch and thus fetches nothing.

ps. Anthony's around and will be releasing 0.2pre2 RSN with patches that fix 
the stuff we've been discussing over the last week or so. He doesn't have a fix 
for this problem though.
