[DB-SIG] New MySQL interface now available

I am happy to announce that a new Python interface to the MySQL database
server has been released. MySQLdb-0.0.0 is an all-new interface, sharing
no code with earlier interfaces. The main features are:
* conforms to DB-SIG database API version 2.0 (proposed)
* thread-safe
* thread-friendly (threads will not block each other unneccessarily)
* works with latest MySQL 3.22.20a release
* Python-esque licensing
Since it uses the DB-SIG API, it should be almost completely compatible
with MySQLmodule-1.4, aside from the connect() function.
