I am also here.

It doesn't matter to me where the discussion takes place.  I just think
it should be decided and stuck to so we don't have disjointed conversations
because of people who are on one list and not the other.

Sounds reasonable.  There are some very PyGreSQL specific issues so it
could be argued the other way but it really doesn't matter that much.  Are
there people here who would rather that this discussion not take place
on the db-sig list for any reason?
