[Errors when compiling mxODBC on VC5 using the current MS ODBC SDK]

A new version of mxODBC will be out later this week. It fixes
a few of those errors. Someone also mentioned these wchar related
errors when using VC -- mxODBC doesn't even include wchar.h so
I'm not sure where those errors come from.

As for some of the others: I'll have a look at them before
releasing V1.0.0.
