[DB-SIG] Building Cross-Platform DB Apps: dbinfo.py

I've uploaded a new version of the cross-database information
module to starship. You can download it from:

	http://starship.python.net/~lemburg/dbinfo.py

(I've renamed the module to dbinfo.py -- seems more accurate)

The module contains API for all common data types and their
usage in MySQL. I would appreciate feedback in form of new subclasses
for other database backends.
