[DB-SIG] Where is mxDateTime.h Hiding?

Scavenging the mail folder uncovered kromag@nsacom.net's letter:

the simple and fast solution is to cd to psycopg source directory and then:

cp /home/doug/egenix-mx-base-2.0.0./mx/DateTime/mxDateTime/mx*.h .
./configure --with-mxdatetime-includes=. ...

then make. this is how we build the debian binaries.
