[DB-SIG] What is avilable for Oracle?

I am new to database programming with Python.
I have been searching for a native Oracle module. There seem
to be at least two:

DCOracle and cx_Oracle.

I notice that DCOracle is not API specification 2.0 compliant.

I built DCOracle successfuly but I had several problems using it which
is the subject of another note.

I was wondering what the SIG's recommendation is for which of these, or
any others, one should use.
