A new version of psycopg with support for Binary objects and SQL
binary cursors is available at http://www.initd.org/Software/psycopg.

Psycopg is a DB-API 2.0 compliant module for the Postgresql RDBM
(http://www.postgresql.org) it is distributed under the GPL licence.

This version adds support for using the bytea data type available in
postgresql 7.1.x. Support for Binary objects is new so you may want
to test it before putting it into a production environment.=20

You can find more information on psycopg at the above URL. Remember
to send any bug reports or comments about psycopg specific problems to
the email adresses reported there and not on this list.

Thank you.
