I'm not entirely sure of what you want here, but if you are talking 
about application code that interfaces with data in an Oracle database 
then there are plenty of examples in the c.l.p. archives on google.

You can also look at the dbBrowser sample application with PythonCard 
(http://pythoncard.sourceforge.net/) which in the current CVS version 
allows you to browse data in an Oracle database. It shows how to query 
the data dictionary as well as end user tables to dynamically construct 
representations of rows in the PythonCard environment.
