[DB-SIG] Object -> RDBMS wrapper?

I'm about to write some code where classes and several many to many
associations will map to tables, initially in MySQL. I was wondering
if there is some neat OO Python wrapper for classes/associations to
the Python DB API 2.0.

I'd love any suggestion on how to do this with least possible work and
best possible result! :-) I have a few other wheels to invent, so I
thought I'd skip this one! ;-)
